Sydney Dillinger-Mewbourn, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Program Specialist for Bridge One Program

Sydney first realized her passion and the rewarding outcomes of working with children with disabilities when she worked as a camp counselor at a summer-long therapy. She later pursued an undergraduate degree in Psychology-Behavior Analysis at Northern Michigan University and moved to Houston to obtain her Masters of Arts in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. While at UHCL, Sydney served as an ABA therapist at the focused-based intervention clinic and a Behavior Intern at a local school district where she focused on training teachers and paraprofessionals.

Sydney joined the Endeavor Team in June of 2021 as a Behavior Intern in the Bridge One program. She served as a Training Specialist, Assessment Specialist, and a Case Manager. In July 2022, Sydney took over as the Bridge One Program Specialist. Her mission is to ensure each child receives high-quality therapy in a positive learning environment and to work closely with parents to help the family reach their goals.
