Advisory Member to Endeavor Behavioral

Dr. Sarah Lechago, BCBA, LBA, is a faculty member in the Behavior Analysis master’s program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL). She is the founder and Director of the UHCL Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD) Verbal Behavior Clinic and Verbal Behavior Clinic-Telehealth. She also co-founded and Co-Directs the UHCL CADD Connecting the Dots program. She is the current Past-President of the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis (TxABA) and participates as an Associate Editor and reviewer for various journals including The Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, and Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice.

Her research interests include verbal behavior, motivation, staff and caregiver training, and inclusiveness and diversity. She has multiple publications in various journals including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and the Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior. She is the recipient of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) Verbal Behavior Special Interest Group Junior Researcher Award, and Clinical Supervisor in Behavior Analysis award. Dr. Lechago serves as an Advisory Member for the Endeavor Behavioral Institute (EBI) since January 2019. In her role as an Advisory Member, she provides consultation on clinical cases, training systems, and research on a monthly basis. She enjoys working with the vibrant and superb team at EBI and is thrilled to be a part of it.
