Gina Bates, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Program Specialist for ECI and Bridge

Gina graduated in 2015 with her Master of Arts in Education from Sam Houston State University after working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral and developmental delays since 2008. Gina became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2015 and focused her career on programming and target creation at Endeavor Behavioral. Gina moved to a Program Specialist position for our in-home program upon passing her BCBA certification exam in early 2016.

Gina’s beginnings in the field started by working as an in-home therapist for five years, where one of her clients was an adolescent with autism. This experience inspired Gina to pursue behavior analysis formally by working as a behavioral therapist in a full-time ABA clinic, eventually leading her to continue on to her Masters and certification in the field.

It is Gina’s mission to assist in the creation of treatment plans for our clients that include individualized and functional targets, encourage independence and spontaneity, and reduce dependency on prompting and reinforcement. She is well-versed in data analysis, target maintenance, and natural environment generalization, and uses her skills to ensure every client in Endeavor Behavioral’s care is making great progress across all major milestones. Gina is passionate about getting every client to the least-restrictive environment and works tirelessly to keep Endeavor Behavioral’s clients challenged and progressing.
