Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and Early Childhood Development Case Manager

DazJohnique has worked in the field as an RBT since 2019. She joined the Endeavor team in 2021, becoming an integral piece to the day-to-day clinical operations of the company in which her core accountabilities and accomplishments include conducting assessments, training staff, and acting as the Case Manager of the Early Childhood Development Program.

DazJohnique graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology from Prairie View A&M University in 2016. She completed her supervised practicum in 2024 where she completed a series of courses at the University of Houston-Clear Lake to qualify for the BCaBA Exam, which she successfully passed, earning her certification and licensure in 2025. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, where she plans to use her knowledge and skills to further research and practice in human behavior, specializing in using applied behavior analysis to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. In addition to assisting with the assessment, development, and monitoring of treatment goals, DazJohnique loves working hands-on with each child under her care, both teaching them new skills and learning from each child in the process.
