Ashlynn Williams, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Ashlynn earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2019. Shortly after graduating, she began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), despite having no prior experience in the field. She quickly developed a passion for working with young children, finding joy in helping her clients make progress and achieve their goals and milestones.

After nearly four years of experience as an RBT, Ashlynn decided to further her expertise in ABA. She began coursework toward her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis while also working as a supervision student, gaining valuable hands-on experience alongside her supervisors and mentors. In September 2024, she completed her Master’s program and is now a certified BCaBA. Ashlynn continues to accumulate supervision hours in pursuit of becoming a BCBA.

“My favorite part about the work I do is watching my clients overcome their struggles and reach their treatment goals, but also seeing their little faces every day and witnessing how their progress impacts their team and families. I love being able to change lives, even if it's in small steps!” says Ashlynn.
