Program Specialist for Bridge
Allison was first introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis while she was finishing up her bachelor’s degree at Texas Tech University, when a family member was diagnosed with autism. After moving to Houston Texas in 2016, she then joined the Endeavor team as an intern for her Board Certification. She graduated with her Master’s degree from Texas Tech University, and shortly following received her Board Certification. She is currently the supervising BCBA for the Bridge 1 Program with a focus on both severe behavior reduction and transitions to the Flex Program.
It is Allison’s passion to support clients and their families with individual ABA treatment. She specializes in severe behavior reduction, stereotypic behavior reduction, social skills training, and toilet training. Her mission is to provide high quality ABA to those with autism and other developmental delays while supporting all involved in each client’s life.
