Program Specialist for Foundations Program

Alexis first started her career in ABA providing in-home therapy for individuals diagnosed with Autism. After completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, she moved to Houston in order to pursue her Master’s degree at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. During her time in graduate school, Alexis worked as a behavior intern for a nonprofit school intended for individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and Autism as well as serving as the Clinical Coordinator of the Severe Behavior Disorders Research Clinic.

In 2019, Alexis became a BCBA and developed a passion for working in intensive behavior reduction. For the past year she has worked with teenagers and young adults diagnosed with Autism providing ABA therapy for severe challenging behaviors. In June of 2020, Alexis joined the Endeavor team as a Program Specialist for the Foundations program. Her dedication to severe behavior reduction and her enthusiasm to work with teenagers & young adults drive her commitment to improve clients’ lives.
