Program Specialist for Flex Program

Sarah began her career in ABA in undergrad working at a university-based clinic serving individuals with autism and other disabilities. She obtained a degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona and her Master’s of Arts in Behavioral Analysis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. During her time at UHCL, Sarah conducted research in the school district that aimed to facilitate quicker transitions between academic tasks in the classroom. During June and July of 2018, she was the Teacher Training Coordinator for a 4-week long summer teacher training. During this teacher training, she also conducted research that taught teachers three different interventions aimed to decrease challenging behavior and increase appropriate responses in the classroom. She also worked as a clinical research specialist at the Severe Behavior Disorders Research Clinic on UHCL’s campus, a behavior intern for a local school district, and as an ABA therapist at Texas Children’s Hospital’s Meyer Center.

Sarah joined the Endeavor Team in July of 2019 as the Program Specialist for the Flex Program as well as the Assisting Program Specialist in the Bridge program, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors. She seeks to provide quality services to clients who may have challenging behaviors, decrease challenging behaviors, and increase their independence.
