Aaron Perez, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Program Specialist for Bridge Academy

Aaron’s career started in mental health while attending Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi while working at an in-patient behavioral hospital. After completing his dual undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, he continued to work in community mental health with adults assisting with appropriate social skills, coping skills, and independence skills. In 2016, he moved to Houston and continued his career serving the adult population with the Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD.

Aaron joined Endeavor as a behavior technician in January of 2018 after deciding to change his career path to serve a younger population. At Endeavor, he specialized in assessments and training prior to advancing into programming and is well versed with both early childhood and learners through the age of 10.

In December of 2019, Aaron received his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. He then earned his BCBA in 2021 and is now the Program Specialist for the Bridge-Academy Program. Through his various experiences, Aaron has found his passion in advancing the skills of our transitional learners progressing from our intensive comprehensive ABA program into our classroom program, with a focus on developing group skills, classroom readiness skills, complex verbal behavior, and social/group skills.
