Endeavor Behavioral Founders

Endeavor Behavioral Institute was founded by Lynsey Jackson, M.A., BCBA as part of her mission to provide high quality ABA treatment services to individuals with autism and other developmental delays, as well as education and training to parents and professionals living or working with those with special needs. Lynsey wanted to cultivate an environment that not only provided effective interventions involving positive behavior supports, Verbal Behavior, functional skill acquisition, and Natural Environment Training, but one that also educated, motivated and, most importantly, inspired the clients, their families, and the team of people working there to achieve their greatest goals for themselves and for others.

LaToya Williams, M.S., BCBA always had the desire to use her knowledge to help others. Within just the first year of undergraduate coursework, she came across the opportunity to work with Lynsey serving individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, and it changed her life. She has now spent the several years since then working with Lynsey to positively impact the lives of those living or working with developmental delays.

These areas are measured via a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, a detailed staff qualification review, anonymous staff satisfaction survey, and anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.
